Our car was in the shop here for repair from August 15 - September 9 2020; 3 Weeks. The reported symptom was an electrical failure in the (less than 3 year old) leased car which caused several malfunctions and finally left the battery dead. Virginia D. in service worked with us and Mazda Corporate to resolve the failures. We were very impressed and appreciative of her willingness to engage and solve the root cause of the failures the vehicle was experiencing. Freeman Mazda in DFW did not attempt to solve the problems.

Excellent customer service from Nancy Holdridge. We were traveling and had a break warning light come on, it was looked at immediately and repaired so we could continue our trip. I give Douglas and especially Nancy a minimum of 5 stars. Service beyond expectation.
