To Our Valued Customers,
We know you may not be thinking about buying or servicing your vehicle at this time, but we want you to know that we at Douglass Automotive Group are here for you. We are committed to providing the highest standard of Customer care that we can. Because the concern and well-being of our teams and our patrons is of the utmost importance to us, with the local shelter in place orders our Sales, Service and Parts Departments will be by appointment only for the immediate future. We will have updates regarding the return of normal operations of our departments as soon as they become available. Our initial hope is to return to normal operations after the shelter in place has lifted, on or about April 6th/7th. We will be keeping our customers informed of any changes with this timeline as we move forward.
